We are a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand operating at a $100 million annual run rate. We are seeking an Operations Lead to support the day-to-day management of our operations.
Responsibilities
Participate in daily coordination calls with our fulfillment partner and suppliers, and manage action items through to completion
Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are met
Monitor inventory levels, shipping performance, quality control reports, and payment processes
Coordinate shipments, documentation, contractor invoicing, account administration, and tool access
Maintain and update standard operating procedures
Qualifications
Excellent command of English, written and spoken
Outstanding organizational skills and reliability in managing multiple workstreams
Proactive working style with strong attention to detail
High degree of integrity in handling sensitive information and system access
Experience in operations, executive assistance, or project coordination is an advantage
